Question: Why is there no tracking?
Answer: The free shipping option is sent in a stamped envelope via USPS and its not possible for the post office to track a letter with this option.

Question: Where is my package?
Answer: If you did not pay to upgrade your shipping to provide tracking, then there is no possible way to track it! First class mail is usually fast but in rare occurrences I have seen the letter arrive after etsy's prediction. Normally you will receive your order before the date eBay provided to you. Please keep in mind that sometimes holidays effect delivery times!

Question: I did not receive my package?
Answer: Your ordered shipped when I marked your item shipped on etsy, I do not mark items shipped unless they are physically in the hands of the shipping company. Only exception to this rule is when I pay for a label online, then it automatically updates the item shipped but those items will have a tracking number. Its very unlikely the shipping company lost your item, but if the auction estimated time has passed, just write me and we can either send another or refund if need be.


These stickers are made of mostly paper (with a thermal coating that give them some water resistance) so they are made for only applying indoor, out of the elements. When placed outside I cannot guarantee how long they'll last, so no returns if you expect to place these on your vehicle and expect them to last very long.
